CABizFinancing.com is not an agent of you, the consumer, or any participating bank, lender or loan broker (all of these hereinafter referred to as "Lenders"). CABizFinancing.com services are administrative and consultative only. Consumers, Brokers and Lenders should rely on their own judgment in deciding which available loan product best suits their needs and financial means. All Funding information and Rate quotes will be provided to you by independent providers and not CABizFinancing.com. By clicking the "Submit" icon you are:

  1. Authorizing us to forward your application and contact information to one or more of our Lending Partners and/or other independent Funding Brokers that are affiliated with CABizFinancing.com, who may require your social security information to evaluate your credit in an effort to provide you with an accurate quote.
  2. Granting permission for those Lending Partners and/or Funding Brokers who receive your information to contact you via telephone or e-mail or both.
